As a once top-tier Counter-Strike team, Eyeballers found themselves struggling to reclaim their former glory. The organization was in need of a comprehensive plan to rebuild and strengthen their team.

Challenge

Eyeballers had to overcome various obstacles, including a lack of resources, competition from other established teams in the esports scene, and most importantly – generate sponsors. After struggling to find their footing in the competitive esports scene, Eyeballers faced the challenge of rebuilding their reputation and securing sponsorships to fund their operations. With a limited budget and little brand recognition, Eyeballers had to compete with established esports organizations for the attention of potential sponsors.

Result

FRAME worked closely with Eyeballers to develop a compelling sponsorship proposal that highlighted their unique selling points and potential for growth. Through our extensive network and industry expertise, we were able to secure sponsorships from JBL Quantum, Bitskins, and Peas of Heaven. These partnerships provided Eyeballers with the financial support they needed. Additionally, FRAME assisted Eyeballers with branding and social media strategy, helping them to increase their visibility and appeal to potential sponsors.
